Life is Life...
Posted On 07/19/2008 17:05:20 by Nerijus

I just don’t know where to start. I know that this social networking website helped a lot of people to create new friends and spend some time to relax and read forums or simply just chat with other members.

Ovidija and I are happily married and are expecting our first child (she is 5 months pregnant) but my ex wife re appeared after seven years and is trying to extort $25.836.00 from us  by placing liens on number of our bank accounts claiming unpaid child support for my son that was kidnapped from me in 2002.

I know I need lawyers and legal advice and million dollars and green card and employment authorization and health insurance and so many other things …

But at this point I wonder if my American dream is over and we have to simply give up and go back to Lithuania.

I feel so bad for my mom and my pregnant wife Ovidija that my past is back to hunt me and that United States of America only apply laws when it is convenient to them.

I feel lost… all my bank accounts are frozen and all my assets are at risk. Can anyone comment and give us advice should we fight my ex wife in courts again for number of years or simply go back to Lithuania.

It is hard for me to make this decision… I left Kaunas, Lithuania when I was 18…. In 1993 and now things have changed. I know it was not worth it … I know my decision was wrong and it cost me my youth and I wasted my potential  by having to work in factory number of other jobs  that are here left for foreigners like me. I had to start my life over and over here because my ex wife was keep extorting my money and made sure that I never become permanent resident although I live here since 1993 and was married to U.S. Citizen for over 6 years. You are only free here when you have nothing….

I have been posting my full story and supporting documents on www.fathersrightsdenied.com for the past five days.  I would like you to comment and give your advice… thank you.
